How to Order Customisable Products

Ordering your perfect piece is easy, fun, and totally personal. Here’s how it works:

1. Choose Your Product
Start by selecting the item you’d like to customise from the website, for example tumblers, bag charms, or phone grips.

2. Tell Me Your Vision
In the personalisation box, add as much detail as possible about the design you want. The more you share, the closer we can get to your dream design. Helpful details include:

Theme or vibe (books, coffee, positivity, flowers, fruit, humour, characters, bows, girly, neutral, etc.)

Any inspiration (you can reference styles you’ve seen on my page or online)

Glitter, snowglobe or no-globe options if applicable

Placement ideas (front only, wrap-around, small detail, bold statement)

If you’re unsure, that’s totally fine. Just describe the overall feeling you want and I’ll guide you.

3. We Create Your Options
Once your order is placed, I’ll review your details and contact you with wrap designs, ideas, or suggestions based on what you’ve asked for.

4. You Choose & Approve
You’ll look over the options and tell me which one you love. Nothing is made until you confirm you are 100% happy with the final product.

5. Your Item is Made
Once you’ve approved the design, your order is made with care and attention to detail.

Important to Know

Customisable orders are made especially for you, so they cannot be changed once approved.

Response times for design approval affect how quickly your item can be made.
